How do you age? What are your words to describe aging? Do you measure how you feel by an age? Does aging mean degeneration to you?
What if you changed your mindset? What if you embraced movement and understood muscular contractions repeated the same way over years can result in stiffness, soreness, and limited range of motion? Maybe that is all we are really feeling, not necessarily true aging. All of a sudden that might make more sense!
It is true the more you move the better you feel and Somatic movements can change the false notions of ill effects on body that you created by moving the same way for years. You can break the cycle by discovering new ways to move and feel better both body and mind.
